Why Build an MVP

Find out if people want it — before you build all of it

Most failed startups did not fail at engineering. They spent a year and a budget building something nobody turned out to need, and found out only when it launched.

A minimum viable product inverts that. You put the smallest genuinely usable version in front of real customers in weeks, watch what they actually do, and let that evidence decide what gets built next.

Our job is to make that first version small enough to ship fast and solid enough to keep — production software with tests, monitoring, and an architecture that survives contact with growth.

Why Neexivo

Built for Founders Who Need to Move Fast

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date — and a codebase you own outright at the end of it.

Ship in 8–12 weeks

A fixed, contractual timeline. Every scope change is priced and dated before it enters a sprint, so the launch date never quietly slips.

Fixed price, no surprises

You approve a number at scoping and pay that number. No hourly meters, no change-order games at the halfway mark.

You own everything

Code, repos, cloud accounts, and design files are yours from day one — in your organisation, not ours. No lock-in, no licence to buy back.

Built to be measured

Analytics and event tracking ship with v1, so your MVP answers whether people want it — the only question an MVP exists to answer.

Senior engineers only

No junior bench-warming on your budget. The people in your scoping call are the people writing your code.

Scale-ready foundations

Typed, tested, and documented from the start. When the MVP validates, you extend it — you do not rewrite it.

The Process

Our MVP Development Process

Four phases, twelve weeks, and a working demo in your inbox every Friday.

  1. Week 1

    MVP Scoping

We pin down the single riskiest assumption in your idea and cut the backlog to only what tests it. You leave with a signed-off feature list, a fixed timeline, and a fixed price.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Product Design

Clickable prototypes before a line of code. You validate the flow with real users while we lock the architecture, so nothing expensive gets discovered halfway through the build.

  3. Weeks 4–10

    Agile Build

One-week sprints with a live demo every Friday. You see working software on a staging URL from sprint one — never a status report standing in for progress.

  4. Weeks 11–12

    Launch & Iterate

Production deployment with monitoring, analytics, and CI/CD in place. We instrument the funnel so your first cohort of users generates decisions, not just traffic.

FAQ

MVP Development Questions

The things founders ask us before signing a scoping agreement.

How long does MVP development take?

Most MVPs ship in 8 to 12 weeks from the scoping workshop to production launch. Simple single-flow products can be live in 6 weeks; products with heavy AI, payments, or compliance requirements typically run to 14. You get a fixed date at the end of scoping, before any code is written.

How much does it cost to build an MVP?

MVP projects typically land between $15,000 and $60,000 depending on scope, integrations, and whether you need mobile alongside web. We quote a fixed price after the scoping workshop rather than an hourly estimate, so the number you approve is the number you pay. You can get an instant ballpark from our MVP cost calculator.

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?

You do, entirely, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains, and design files are created in your organisation and your name. There is no licence to buy out and no proprietary framework holding your product hostage.

What exactly is a minimum viable product?

An MVP is the smallest product that can genuinely test your core assumption with real users. It is not a demo and not a prototype — it is production software that real customers use and, where relevant, pay for. Everything that does not serve that test gets deferred to v2.

What happens after the MVP launches?

Thirty days of support are included to cover the bug reports that only real traffic surfaces. After that most clients move onto a dedicated team engagement to build v2 on the validated foundation, but there is no obligation — you own the codebase and can take it in-house or to any other agency.

Can you work with our existing designs or codebase?

Yes. If you already have designs, a design system, or a partial build, we audit what exists during scoping and carry forward everything usable. You are not paying us to redo work you have already done.
